Search your inbox for the email order confirmation
When you ordered tickets, we sent an order confirmation to your email address. The email contains a link with access to your tickets. Please check your junk/spam folder in your email account. The sender of the email is noreply@bohusfastning.com.
Look for the SMS order confirmation
You may also have received a text message with a link to your tickets. Please check your SMS history on your phone. The sender should be "Bohus Fast.".
Request resending of the order confirmation
You can use our form to request a resend of the order confirmation if you know which email address or phone number that you used when making the order.
